This chapter consists of the following three articles:

1.— The National Christian Social Party wants Canada to be an officially and positively Christian country, and for the State to act accordingly in all its manifestations and legislation, without favoring one religious denomination over another, and without interfering in religious organizations.

2.- The State will not tolerate anything that might harm Christianity or diminish the public respect in which it must be held.

3.- Non-Christian religious denominations will be tolerated as long as they do not conflict with the authority of the State, the security of the country and the common good.
